Traveler tracking is an essential element in corporate Duty of Care reponsibilities, combined with pre-trip preparation and while they travel alerting travelers of events that could affect their itineraries or their personal safety.

Using our interactive map you are able to select a region of the world and identify Alertsand travelers by country.

The traveler list (by country) will give you individual flight numbers, GDS locator, cell phone number, hotel phone and addresses.

Tracker can be operated by TMC's for all booked travelers or they may sell Corporate Travel Tracker for corporate clients to track, locate and contact their employees directly. The tracker record can be populated either manually by an agent whenemailing an e-Travel Advisory or will bepopulated automatically if Advisories are created bymid office/QC services (see Channel Partners below).
